定式（to do）

want/ask/allow/persuade/advise/invite/tell sb. to do sth.

想要/要求/允许/说服/建议/告诉某人做某事

My mother wants me to get up early.

tell/ask sb. not to do sth.告诉/要求某人不要做某事

stay up熬夜

My mother asks me not to stay up.

want to do sth=would like to do sth.=feel like doing sth.想要做某事

try to do sth尽力做某事

try doing sth试着做某事

try one’s best to do sth.尽某人最大努力做某事

one’s—形容词性物主代词

He will try his best to help us.

plan to do sth= intend to do sth.计划做某事

can’t wait to do sth.迫不及待做某事

He can’t wait to meet his friend.

adj. enough to do sth.足够做某事

He is old enough to go to school.
